It looks like Billie Eilish is slowly making her dreams come true one celeb at a time. After collaborating with Justin Bieber for a “bad guy” remix, Eilish is crossing another dream off her list after meeting Avril Lavigne.

Eilish performed in Los Angeles at the Greek Theatre on Thursday, July 11. It was there that she finally came face-to-face with one of her idols.

Taking to Instagram, Eilish shared the iconic moment with her fans with the caption, “THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME WHAT I AM.”

“Avril Lavigne was everything to me, dude” Eilish recently revealed in Pitchfork‘s “Over/Under” segment. “I love Avril Lavigne. I only love her. There’s nothing else there. Just love. Only love. There’s like almost no artists like that. Like Avril Lavigne and Justin Bieber, I only love. Like her, Tyler, Gambino and Bieber, to be honest, made me. I would not be… And Lana, probably. Yeah. There are quite a few things which distinguish 17-year-old Billie Eilish from fellow alternative-pop artists, but probably the most notable, are her wild and outlandish stylistic choices. The young star is known for sporting over-the-top, baggy layers, in a multitude of clashing colours, and patterns, with loudly displayed brand logos. She recently interviewed with Vogue Australia, where she explained how a quote by fashion icon, Rihanna, about using fashion as a “defense mechanism,” had really spoken to her. “I feel like I’ve never felt something as strongly hearing someone else say it as I did when I heard her say that,” she said. “It’s always been that way for me. It’s always been my security blanket. It’s my way of expression without having to use words . . . Fashion is its own language and I use mine all day, every day. I always have.” Now, in a video interview with HypeBae, Eilish gives us a tour of her tour closet, detailing what makes up both her on- and off-stage looks.

We instantly see that her wardrobe almost exclusively contains an array of relaxed silhouettes, bright colors and bold graphics. As we delve in deeper, she breaks down what distinguishes betwen her camera-ready vs. more laid back looks, giving us an example of a more casual ensemble with a pair of leather pants bedazzled with a sequined “FUCK U MAN,” a matching Gucci embellished baseball jersey looking shirt, and some “heavy ass, chunky ass” Gucci shoes. She goes on to explain how she “cannot wear pants” onstage, and how she ends up opting for mid-length shorts usually. She goes on to tease a forthcoming collaboration with artist and designer Siberia Hills, and shows off a baggie full of diamond jewelry. She laughs as she reveals “I have very ratchet ways [of storing]… jewelry.”

In a lull week of releases ahead of a new Ed Sheeran album on the Friday just gone, Billie Eilish regains the No.1 Albums spot in Australia for a seventh week at the top with “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?”.

“When We All Fall Asleep…” is now the longest running studio album for an artist (which means this excludes the 11 weeks for the soundtrack to ‘A Star is Born’) since last April when Ed Sheeran notched up his 27th and final week at the top with “÷ (Divide)”, which is sitting at No.8 this week. This seventh week and sixth run at the top for Billie is also not far from Ed’s nine separate runs at the top too, while for Billie she once again has the longest running No.1 album for 2019 (so far) and returns for a tenth broken week at the top in New Zealand.

Billie Eilish just announced three additional shows to her fall tour.

The new shows are in Oklahoma and Texas and take place this October. Eilish tweeted about the new shows, with general admission tickets going on sale Friday at 12 p.m. CT.

Camila Cabello took to social media to share a cute photo with her fellow chart queen Billie Eilish.

“Sweet human,” Cabello wrote in the caption, alongside a group of green heart emojis (which happened to match Eilish’s green sweatshirt, nails and tiny glasses).

Back in 2018, Cabello shared ​via Spotify’s Instagram Story that the one female artist she’d love to collaborate with is Eilish.

“I might have something for you…”

Billie Eilish has taken to her Instagram story to shoot down rumours that she’s about to surprise release a new album.

“The new album shit is fake,” she wrote on her story, adding: “But I might have something for you…”

This “something”, according to Billie fans, could well be a new remix of ‘all the good girls go to hell’ from her debut album ‘WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?’ featuring a certain Justin Bieber.

This message was followed by Billie posting the lyric video to the song on her story, and another message, featuring some hands over mouths emojis, and ending with a simple “ok goodnight”.

Adding further fuel to the fire, Justin Bieber then simply tweeted the work “Remix” last night. It was then retweeted by Billie’s brother and producer Finneas.
