  • Who Is Billie Eilish Close To? A List Of Her Celebrity Friends

Billie Eilish has taken the music industry by storm and the 18-year-old certainly isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. Among her fans are plenty of celebs who love posting pics of their encounters with Billie on social media. However, occasionally, there are those who have bad things to say.

Today, we thought we’d take a look at some of Billie’s famous friends, as the star has quickly assembled quite a few of those. From Ariana Grande to Justin Bieber, anyone who’s someone in the world of the rich and famous wants to be in Billie’s inner circle. While we don’t know how long these friendships will last — after all celebs love beefing with each other — it seems as if Billie is on the right path…everyone is absolutely loving her!

Alright, now here they are — 11 celebs who are actually friends with Billie Eilish!

11 – Let’s Start Off With Billie Eilish And Her Friend, Lana Del Rey

Billie Eilish and Lana Del Rey

To kick our list off, we decided to go with Lana Del Rey. Billie, whose rise to fame was incredibly quick, has undeniably been influenced by Lana, and fans were quick to notice that in Billie’s music.

Lana is a huge fan of the young singer and, in an interview published in The New York Times, the singer stated that she loves Billie Eilish. Lana said she had been waiting for someone like Billie to come along and elevate pop music culture.

Above, you can see the two musicians hanging out — and Billie’s brother, Finneas, was also present!

10- It’s No Secret That Billie Is A Huge Fan Of Justin Bieber — And Now They Get To Hang Out

    Billie Eilish and Justin Bieber

Next on our list is singer, Justin Bieber – true Billie fans probably already know that Billie was a huge Belieber while growing up. Nowadays, the singer gets to hang out with Justin and she even gets professional advice from the star.

In an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, Justin even got super-emotional over Billie. He said that he feels very protective of her. We can’t wait to see how their friendship evolves — and we certainly want more collabs from them!

9- Ariana Grande Doesn’t Hide Her Love For Billie

    Billie Eilish and Ariana Grande

Let’s move onto another friend of Billie’s — singer, Ariana Grande. We all know that Billie is a huge fan of Ariana. Billie even stated that she thought Ari’s Thank U, Next record deserved the Grammy for Album of the Year — but Ariana definitely thinks that Billie deserved her win in that category.

Above, you can see the two ladies with each other, and honestly, seeing two successful women support each other, instead of bringing each other down, definitely warms our hearts!

8 – And Post Malone Is Yet Another One Of Her Famous Buddies

    Billie Eilish and Post Malone

Another famous face that made it onto our list is Post Malone. In the photos above, you can see him hanging out with Billie and honestly — we can totally tell that the two always have a blast with each other. It certainly seems as if Billie managed to make plenty of friends in the industry very quickly, which frankly isn’t that common.

As we already mentioned, competing against each other for the highest position on the charts frequently turns celebs against each other!

7 – Jennifer Lopez And Her Daughter Absolutely Love Billie

    Billie Eilish and Jennifer Lopez

Next on our list is singer Jennifer Lopez, who is yet another famous fan of Billie Eilish. As you can tell from the photos above, Jennifer’s daughter, Emme, is also a fan of Billie. Because Emme’s mom is a superstar, Emme got to hang out with Eilish.

Jennifer posted the pics on her social media and it’s certainly clear that she has nothing but love for Billie. Eilish could certainly learn a lot from J-Lo — after all, she’s been a successful musician for almost three decades!

6 – Billie Collaborated With Her Friend Khalid

    Billie Eilish and Khalid

Singer, Khalid, is yet another celeb that is close to Billie. As fans already know, the two young stars collaborated on the song, “Lovely”, and, as they are both fairly new to the music industry, they certainly bonded very quickly.

Personally, we love hearing their voices together and we certainly hope that the future holds plenty more collaborations for the two of them. When he was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Khalid said that the moment he heard Billie’s voice, he knew she was going to be a star!

5 – And Here’s The Young Star With Avril Lavigne

    Billie Eilish and Avril Lavigne

Avril Lavigne is yet another famous face who’s been spotted with Billie Eilish, and as you can tell from the pics above, the two musicians certainly have a good time together. According to E! News, Billie, who used to look up to Avril, is so close to the singer now that Avril even attended Billie’s super-chill 18th birthday party — and you don’t invite just anyone to your birthday!

Just like some other stars on our list, Avril will certainly be one of those friends Billie can ask for advice whenever she needs it!

4 – Noah Cyrus And Billie Eilish Definitely Have A Lot In Common

    Billie Eilish and Noah Cyrus

Next on our list is Miley Cyrus’ younger sister, Noah. Noah, who is only two years older than Billie, certainly has a lot in common with the singer — but most of all, Noah is a huge fan of Billie.

Noah revealed to Billboard that Billie’s “Everything I Wanted” has made it to her favorites playlist, as the song (which is about mental health) really resonates with the star. Yes, this is definitely another duo that we would love to see collaborate, as both ladies have a very unique singing style!

3 – And Charlie XCX Likes Hanging Out With The Singer As Well

    Billie Eilish and Charlie XCX

Another one of Billie’s famous friends is Charlie XCX. Out of all the celebs on our list, Charlie is the one that has probably given the boldest statement about the young singer. She said that Billie is the Kurt Cobain of this new generation. Honestly, we can’t really disagree with Charlie!

Here, you can see her hanging out with Billie at a photoshoot – both ladies looked incredibly cool. Seeing so many celebs supporting each other definitely warms our little hearts!

2 – Here Are Katy Perry And Orlando Bloom Catching Up With Billie

    Billie Eilish and Katy Perry

Let’s move on to singer, Katy Perry, and her fiance, Hollywood star, Orlando Bloom. As you can see, they hung out with Billie at Coachella last year, and after that, Katy posted these pics to her social media, with the caption, “we must protect Billie Eilish, beings like her don’t enter our orbit often”.

To be fair, we completely agree with Katy, because Billie certainly is a treasure — and we’re pretty sure that her music will stick around for decades!

1 – And Lastly, Here’s The Singer Running Into Her Friend Dua Lipa At The American Music Awards

    Billie Eilish and Dua Lipa

To wrap our list up, we decided to go with Dua Lipa. In the photos above, you can see the two ladies posing at the 2019 American Music Awards. Once again — we’re super-happy to see that none of these new female artists look at each other as competition. Instead. they support and cheer each other on! And there you have it – Billie Eilish has plenty of famous friends and she certainly deserves every single one of them.

Billie Eilish seeks restraining order against fan

Billie Eilish has been granted a temporary restraining order against a 24-year-old man who trespassed on her parents’ property multiple times.

A Los Angeles judge ordered Prenell Rousseau to stay 200 yards from Billie and her family members after Eilish filed papers for civil harassment protection on Monday.

As TMZ report, Rosseau turned up at Eilish’s residence a total of seven times last week. According to the report, he first appeared at the musicians house last Monday, ringing the doorbell and inquiring as to whether Eilish lived there. Billie’s father told him that she didn’t, but he returned to the house later in the evening where he exhibited “erratic behaviour”.

“While we waited for security, Mr. Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down and began to read a book, while also continuing to engage in a periodic monologue,” The court documents read .”My father repeatedly asked him to leave, but he refused…”

Rosseau was reportedly taken into custody twice that week, t law enforcement are “trying to keep non-violent offenders out of jail due to the spread of COVID-19.”

The next hearing is scheduled at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse on 1 June.

Billie Eilish ‘loves’ J Hus and Not3s & reveals her favourite songs by them

Billie Eilish has spoken of her love for J Hus and Not3s, revealing that she was introduced to their music by her father.

The singer was speaking on her Apple Music show me & dad radio, where she updated her current playlist with J Hus’ ‘Did You See’ (which Eilish described as one of her “favourite songs”) and Not3s’ ‘Addison Lee (Peng Ting Called Madison)’.

“My dad has introduced me to some of my favourite songs ever,” Eilish said during the show. “I really wanted to show the world that a lot of my taste comes from stuff my dad has shown me over the years.

“I love J Hus,” she continued. “He was, like, the first of the UK rappers that I was introduced to, thanks to my dad.” The singer also expressed her admiration for J Hus’ producer JAE5.

Speaking about Not3s‘ ‘Addison Lee’, Billie said: “This was my first introduction to Not3s; Not3s with a three, the homie.

“Dad didn’t know what an Addison Lee was. Dad didn’t even realise it was a car. Dad said, ‘Peng ting, cold medicine, cold medicine.’ I love Not3s! He’s a sweetheart, too.”

Billie’s dad then added: “For those of you who don’t know, ‘peng ting’ is a hot number, a hot girl.”

WHOA! Billie Eilish’s Father Was A Part Of Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man & We Didn’t Notice It

Billie Eilish is the youngest singer to sweep 5 Grammy awards in major categories and also the youngest artist to provide playback for a James Bond film. Not a lot of people know that entertainment runs in Billie’s family as her mother and father are actors and his brother is a musician. We have often seen them making music together.

Unknown to many, Billie’s father Patrick O’Connell was a part of Robert Downey Jr’s debut film Iron Man, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Yes, you read that right. Do you remember the reporter in the film? Yes, that was it. That’s her father and actor O’Connell.

Doesn’t this come as a surprise to y’all? Well, to us, it sure did. Remember the scene in the last, where Robert aka Tony Stark is making an announcement which says that he will stop manufacturing the weapons of mass destruction, yes, that very scene has Billie’s father sitting among all the reporters.

As mentioned by IMDB, the conversation goes like this:

Tony Stark: I never got to say goodbye to my father. There are questions I would’ve asked him. I would’ve asked him how he felt about what his company did, if he was conflicted, if he ever had doubts. Or maybe he was every inch of man we remember from the newsreels. I saw young Americans killed by the very weapons I created to defend them and protect them. And I saw that I had become part of a system that is comfortable with zero-accountability.

Press Reporter #1 (Patrick O’Connell): Mr. Stark! What happened over there?

Tony Stark: I had my eyes opened. I came to realize that I had more to offer this world than just making things that blow up. And that is why, effective immediately, I am shutting down the weapons manufacturing division of Stark Industries.

Here’s What Finneas Thinks When People Ask About ‘The Next Billie Eilish’

If there’s one question Finneas gets asked a lot, it’s which artist he thinks is the “next Billie Eilish.”

The Grammy award-winning producer and artist discussed the topic with  Hanuman Welch on ALT CTRL on Apple Music on Tuesday (April 28).

Well, the only version of that question that I can get behind is who is the next person that will do exactly what they want and be deemed pop music? That verbiage I would understand, but to me it does a disservice to two things. It does a huge disservice to Billie, in that you could be a next Billie,” he explained of his superstar sister.

It also does a huge disservice to anyone they claim Billie is the next version, you know what I mean? It does a huge disservice to Lorde. It does a huge disservice to Lana,” he continued. “And I think that to me it was like, it’s not cyclical in that way. Billie was nominated for album of the year, the same year Lana was. It’s not like you pass the torch and then you just retire.”

I think the whole response to our art being so positive is that it rings true and it feels a unique thing and I feel that was the thing that we strive for in the beginning was to not conform to any preconceived notions of what we should be doing,” he concluded. “And I think Lorde did the same thing. I think Lana has done the same thing. They’ve both been influences of ours, for sure. I also was like, ‘Isn’t she a little new- .. for there to be a next of any?’ Do you know what I mean? Imagine if somebody was like, ‘Who’s the next Timothée Chalamet?’ It’s like, he’s currently Timothée Chalamet.”

Selena Gomez says she ‘sobbed’ when she first heard Billie Eilish’s song ‘Everything I Wanted’

Selena Gomez recently gushed about Billie Eilish and the teenager’s emotional single “Everything I Wanted,” which Gomez says made her cry when she first heard it.

“First I’ll say, just the understanding she has — she already knows. She’s so aware of what this industry can be and become,” Gomez told Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio show. “And when I heard that song, I just sobbed because I’ve been doing this for so long and it’s like, damn, that’s so true.”

“There’s so many moments where I’m just like, ‘Oh, it doesn’t matter who you are,'” she continued. “There’s moments in my life where you’re like, ‘is this it?'”

The “Boyfriend” singer included “Everything I Wanted” — which Insider previously ranked as Eilish’s third-best song — on a playlist she recently curated for Apple Music.

Billie Eilish adopted one of the puppies she has been fostering

Since the start of March, the world has seen many changes. For shelters and rescues, there has been a major need for help, which led to many people fostering dogs in an effort to help. Celebrities especially have stepped up foster an animal in need, and that includes people like Antoni Porowski and Billie Eilish.

In fact, on March 17 Eilish took to her Instagram stories to share the news that she was fostering two puppies. The pups have spent the last month with the singer as she practices social distancing. And it seems that in the end, the singer failed at the whole fostering thing, but in the very best way.

According to One Green Planet, as of April 13, Billie Eilish has officially adopted one of the pups that she fostered over the last month. And have no fear, because it seems that the other pup she was fostering has also been adopted as well, even if that pup didn’t get to stay with the singer.

Clearly when Eilish told her followers back in March that the puppies were adoptable, she really meant it. And it makes sense that she might fall in love with these pups.

Even if Billie Eilish herself has said she failed at fostering, we think she didn’t fail so much as she realized that it was meant to be with the pup she decided to adopt. And we can’t help but think that in the end this is the best news ever because not only did she make sure that these pups were safe, happy and comfortable for the last month, but now we know that these pups have both found their forever homes.

We love adoption stories like this, especially when it comes to celebrities helping to save animals in need.

Billie Eilish And Finneas To Perform Virtual Concert In Support Of Small Businesses

Billie Eilish live-streamed an intimate show from home with her brother Finneas on Wednesday (April 22) as part of Verizon’s Pay It Forward series.

During the nearly hour-long set, the two siblings spoke about the importance of supporting small businesses during the coronavirus pandemic, thanks to adorable cue cards written by their mother.

We are encouraging viewers to support their favorite local businesses during this tough time; today, we’re giving extra focus to green and sustainable businesses,” Finneas said to kick off the performance. “I guess, to me, tying this back to Earth Day, the things that are sustainable are the things that are the most important in life, cause they’re the things that are gonna carry us forward and lead to a brighter future.

With that, Eilish kicked off her performance with her 2019 single “All the Good Girls Go to Hell,” hilariously clarifying beforehand that “as much as people wanna believe that this song is about me being a devil worshiper and being Satan, it’s not about that. It’s about global warming.

The pop star and her brother/constant collaborator also played through a number of their respective hits, including “Ilomilo,” “Bad Guy” and “Everything I Wanted” by Eilish, as well as Finneas’ “Let’s Fall in Love for the Night,” “I Don’t Miss You At All” and “Break My Heart Again.”

Check out the full set by the superstar siblings below.

John Krasinski Threw You a Quarantine Prom With Billie Eilish, Chance, and the Jonas Brothers

Normally, if you had to dance with your dad at prom, you’d be hearing about it from your classmates for the rest of your life. Your peers would start a petition to rename your school Remember When Marli Danced With Her Dad At Prom? Memorial High. However, the coronavirus quarantine has softened all of our hearts, and John Krasinski’s heart seemed plenty soft to begin with. That’s why, inspired by the recent viral video of Alabama teen Marli Odgers dancing with her dad in lieu of her canceled school function, Krasinski threw a virtual prom on his Some Good News YouTube channel.

Joining the actor were Least Likely To Be Named Prom Queen And Thus Most Likely To Win singer Billie Eilish and the Jonas Brothers, with two brief cameos from Chance the Rapper and Krasinski’s Office mate Rainn Wilson. Overall, at least as fun as our actual physical prom, minus the $$$. Hope you enjoyed, Class of 2020!

Rosalia Says Billie Eilish Collaboration Is ‘Almost Done,’ Talks ‘Super Aggressive’ New Song With Travis Scott

Billie Eilish has collaborated with artists ranging from Vince Staples and Khalid to Justin Bieber, but two of the most tantalizing collaborations she’s done — rising Spanish singer Rosalia and Canadian-Colombian artist Jessie Reyez — have yet to see the light of day.

While the Reyez collaboration Eilish detailed to Variety last fall did not appear on Reyez’s excellent new album, “Before Love Came to Kill Us,” Rosalia provided an update on her collaboration with Billie and her brother-cowriter/producer Finneas — which was first revealed in a Rolling Stone interview back in June — on Beats 1 in an interview airing today.

Rosalia, who is currently sheltering in place in Miami, spoke of the ways she’s been filling her quarantine time.

“I feel like there’s so many things going on it’s hard to focus, but at the same time I feel blessed that I’m at home, that I’m safe, and that I can make music and I have all this time,” she says. “I have this little studio here in one room. I have the basics like a midi keyboard, a computer, a mic, and I try to do all the vocal production for the next record.

“During these two last weeks I have been trying to finish the Billie Eilish collab,” she continues. “I think it’s getting quite closer. I think that the arrangements, I think that yesterday I finished the arrangements. I feel like the production, the sound design, is almost done, so I just need that Billie maybe sends the vocals and they send me the ideas that they want to add because we are there.”

Rosalia, who has released a series of singles following her breakthrough 2018 album “El Mal Querer,” also said she nearly released a collaboration with Travis Scott last month. Rosalia guested on Scott’s “Highest in the Room” last year, but this is a different, “super aggressive” track.

“I was supposed to release a song with him last month that is for the clubs — super aggressive — that I’ve been working on for a really long time. [But] it has, I don’t know, an energy, that is so specific for a certain moment, that I didn’t feel like it was right to release, and I didn’t feel like it was connected with what was going on in the world in that moment.

“I was really worried about, ‘Okay, what’s my next [move]? I’m in Miami, but my family’s in Spain. I don’t know what’s going to happen in the world. What’s going on?’ [So] I decided to stop everything. I had a lot of fun with him in studio, and I love his energy and I love working with him, [but] I said, ‘No. I need to release something different.’ So I decided to work on a song that I was working on months ago that I started with Frank Dukes, and I finished ‘Dolerme,’” which was released late last month.
